THIS IS MY STORY

I, Buddy, was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. I moved to Southwest Florida in 2013. I have always had a creative side and grew up surrounded by music, as my father is a musician. Driven by an ever-burning desire to share life's meaningful moments, Buddy found himself picking up a camera. He produces his best work through capturing the emotion, significance, and light in every story... both grand and granular.

HOW I CAME ABOUT FILMING WEDDINGS

I had the opportunity to film my first wedding in 2020. My friend asked me if I could capture their wedding after seeing some of my youtube videos. I was excited for the opportunity and so I had a vision in my mind in how I wanted to tell their story through the video we would create. I filmed their wedding and had an absolute blast. I also have filmed and photographed hundreds of homes for Real Estate Agent’s and Home Builders… My passion is using my camera to create something magical. As a wedding filmmaker, I absolutely love the opportunity to exercise my creative skills and artistic vision. Capturing the beautiful moments, emotions, and details of a wedding day through my camera lens is incredibly fulfilling. I enjoy using my skills in cinematography, framing, lighting, and editing to create a visually appealing and emotionally resonant wedding film that tells the unique love story of the couple.

Second Shooter / Assistant — Tara Miranda

I am the assistant/second shooter for Buddy G. Although this is my first job working with videography, I did take photography in college and have always had an artistic eye. I am very professional and take this position seriously. With that being said I learned quickly and meticulously how to shoot in the absolute best way possible to truly deliver the ultimate visual experience for our clients! I love seeing the final product that Buddy G creates, and knowing that I played a role in the outcome of that sentimental masterpiece genuinely means so much to me. We always hold ourselves responsible for delivering quality expectations, so know that your important day is equally important to us. Buddy, where to begin! As a destination bride, I trusted my gut instinct with all my vendors and from the very first phone call with buddy we knew he was our guy. On the wedding day: buddy went literally above and beyond! He made sure to capture all the details of our wedding day and then some! Our guests raved about buddy and his assistant, Tara. My husband and I planned a Destination Wedding and originally were not going to have a videographer. I am so glad we did and it’s one of the best things we invested in and I am so glad we chose buddy and his assistant Tara! They went above and beyond expectations, capturing every little last detail so that we can have memories of our special day for the rest of our lives! Buddy may say he’s new to editing films and capturing weddings however I thought his work was impeccable! In addition, they showed up early, stayed late and interacted so well with all of our vendors! Well worth the spend and so much more!!!

Originally found Buddy here and proceeded to check out his YouTube channel to see his work. I was in tears within mins of watching one of his videos. I knew I wanted to hire Buddy. He and his assistant were great from start to finish. Got to know my Husband and I and prepared himself to give us the video of our dreams. We loved his ideas and the day of the wedding he was SO calm and got all the moments I was hoping for. He sent me a preview shortly after the wedding and I got my video back quicker than I was expecting. 10/10 would recommend Buddy!

Buddy was so professional and responsive. He helped recommend a photographer for our big day when the one I originally hired fell through. It was a huge help! He always responded very quickly and had answers to my many questions. The price was extremely competitive with other vendors in the area without wavering on quality in professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and the product-- as our video and the pictures he provided us were everything we could ask for!
